01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DIG Foundry website (digfoundry.in) or applying to our program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or apply to the program.
02Program Eligibility
DIG Foundry is open to:
- Students and working professionals with entrepreneurial intent
- Individuals willing to work in uncertainty and high-accountability environments
- Candidates interested in building, selling, and executing — not just ideating
Note on Selection
Academic scores and resumes are secondary to attitude and action. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons.
03Fees & Refund Policy
Phase 1 of the program involves an applicable fee. Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including:.
- Voluntary withdrawal by the participant
- Exit by DIG Foundry due to non-performance
- Program discontinuation by the participant at any stage
Progression to Phase 2 and Phase 3 is merit-based and not guaranteed upon payment of Phase 1 fees.
04Program Rules & Conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and ethical conduct throughout the program
- Complete all assignments, tasks, and evaluations as required
- Treat fellow participants, mentors, and staff with respect
- Not share confidential program materials or partner company information
DIG Foundry reserves the right to exit any participant from the program at any phase due to non-performance, misconduct, or breach of these terms.
05Intellectual Property
All content on the DIG Foundry website, including text, graphics, logos, and program materials, is the property of Featec Business Solutions Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any program materials without prior written consent from DIG Foundry.
06Investment Terms
Selected startups in Phase 3 may be considered for structured investment of
Up to ₹25 Lakhs
- Milestone-based and governed — not an open cash grant
- Subject to startup performance, validation, and traction
- Purely merit-based — progression and investment are not guaranteed
Equity for investment is based on valuation and is dependent on milestones achieved. DIG Foundry reserves the right to withhold or withdraw investment at any stage based on performance.
07Liability
DIG Foundry and Featec Business Solutions Private Limited are not liable for:
- Any business outcomes or financial results of participants
- Any loss or damage arising from participation in the program
- Any decisions made by participants based on program content or mentorship
Participation in DIG Foundry does not guarantee startup success, employment, or funding.
08Confidentiality
Participants may be exposed to confidential information about partner companies, other participants, and DIG Foundry operations. Participants agree to:
- Keep all confidential information strictly private
- Not disclose any confidential information to third parties
- Use confidential information only for program-related purposes
09Changes to Terms
DIG Foundry reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
